CrossFit Sixth City

Congratulations to Christina Dunn on being named CrossFit Sixth City 's Sweatiest Angel for November!  The Sweatiest Angel award is awarded each month to the CSC athlete who displays significant work ethic, a willingness to support others and a true sense of camaraderie inside the gym. Christina busts her butt in the gym daily pushing through the task ahead of her and challenging all of her weaknesses.  She has continually increased all her lifts, added new tools to her skill set and always has more fun than anyone doing it.  She may also be the most consistent member in the gym.  We're almost guaranteed to see her at CSC at 5:30PM.  Congrats Ch ristina! In our Learn From The Coaches series, our goal is to deliver information to you (the athlete) from the everyday lives of our coaches.  This will be information and insight that at one time or another all of our coaches at CrossFit Sixth City have given to our athletes, but will be re-enforced by the demonstration of our real life application.  Simply put - we do it as well and we will show you how.
