Two Years a Community

Everyday people walk in to a box. People who do different things.  People who want different things. People with different jobs.  People with different goals.  People with different lives. People with one goal. Good people. Our programming is based on years of learning and evolving and are a huge factor in determining the success of our strength and conditioning program.  The quality of coaching and demand of good movement create a level of expectation and a focus on safety and consistency.  But the quality of people at a gym is what determines its success and the fitness success of its members, and CrossFit Sixth City is fortunate to have high quality people in droves. CSC Sweatiest Angels - December 2015

Congratulations to Stephanie Romich and Brian Evans on winning CSC's Sweatiest Angel award for the month of December! The Sweatiest Angel award is given each month to a CSC member who displays significant work ethic, a willingness to support others and a true sense of camaraderie inside the gym. As individuals and a couple, Steph and Brian couldn't be harder workers or more supportive of their fellow members.  Recently, Brian stepped out of his comfort zone to do his first competition and Steph a couple, they both fit in as many extra Olympic lifting classes as possible and are as consistent as anyone at CSC. How long have you been doing CrossFit? Steph: I have been hanging out in various CrossFit gyms for just shy of 3 years now. Brian: Ever since Steph pushed me into the gym last February.
