Sweatiest Angel Award

Each month CSC recognizes someone for their hard work. The Sweatiest Angel is not someone who works as hard as they can day in and day out, but also receptive to coaching, a great teammate and consistently focused on pursuing their goals.

Question + Answer

How many years have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for 10 months.

What do you do when you are not at CSC (hobbies, occupation, etc)?
Well, I am usually studying, sleeping, working or just sitting outside in the sun ( I am originally from Southern California).

I do not have a favorite WOD, yet. But my favorite movement is kipping pull-up (until my hands start to hurt).

Burpees!!! They are the bane of my existence.

One thing you've done at CSC you never thought you would do?
The hand stand push-up, I struggled with getting my feet into the air.

What motivates you during a WOD?
Feeding off others definitely motivates me, I have always liked challenges.

What advice would you give someone just starting CrossFit?
Just let the WOD kick your a$, it only hurts for a little while ;)
